Forward Roll

1. Roll in a straight line on ground
2. Roll from shoulder to opposite side hip
3. Reach out when you roll. Put knife edge of hand far from you.
4. BREATHE OUT when you roll
5. Get up back into Hamni

Variation: When you slap whole arm slaps, not just hand.
