extension roll

to get height, push off from the legs and not arms. and tuck chin.

I find the pushing off on the legs is key for both extension roll and breakfalls. Proper form while in the air keep you from hurting yourself, but, for me, the thing that gets me the height is almost jump that my foot does off the ground.
